Parents will have the right of appeal to an independent panel if they are dissatisfied with an admission decision of Brooke Weston. The arrangements for appeals will be in line with the Code of Practice of Schools Admissions Appeals published by the DCSF. The decision of the appeal panel will be made in accordance with the Code of Practice on School Admission Appeals and is binding on all parties.
