Mental Health and Well-being - Students

Every person at some point in their lives may struggle with their mental health and face challenges they need support with. The lockdowns that we have been living through over the last year, have applied extra pressure and we may all need a little extra help and guidance now more than ever.

With that in mind, we have identified various sources of support for mental health and well-being on this webpage. This webpage aims to support you during your time at Brooke Weston and provides useful tips and guidance, whether you are experiencing mental health problems or have done in the past, or whether you would just like more information on how to keep yourself healthy and well.

There is a huge amount of information on this page for students, staff and parents (please click on the relevant tab below to take you to your page). However, the most important thing on this webpage is this message to you…if you have a concern or worry- talk to someone! Please use our contact form or one of the helplines.

Contact us

Would you like to talk to someone? Please use our contact form below and a member of the student care team will be in touch with you within 24hrs (Monday - Friday). If you have a concern that is over the weekend or a school holiday please contact one of the local support helplines listed within this area e.g. Youth Works. If your concern in urgent please contact the Samaritans on 116 123, Child Line on 0800 1111 or if it is an emergency or you are in danger please call 999.

If you want to report a concern anonymously, you can also complete the form without your name or contact details.
