Year 7 and Year 9 students, who between them have volunteered more than 80 hours in the Brooke Weston Academy library, have been presented with certificates of achievement and a book of their choice.
Nearly 70 students from three Brooke Weston Trust schools took part in an inspirational and hands-on science session, learning about medicine, dissection and major bodily organs in a simulated operating theatre.
Brooke Weston Academy students have been awarded certificates from the Royal Horticultural Society, after designing and constructing an allotment area which offers a wealth of enrichment and learning opportunities.
