About the Professional Tutor role

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Professional Tutor to our outstanding academy. In addition to the general duties of a teacher, this role includes managing the training and induction of all ECTs and ITTs and ensure that all trainees and ECTs are registered appropriately. The successful candidate will also help develop and deliver a programme of training and support for ECT & ITT mentors and provide quality assurance of the work undertaken by these mentors. Being a specialist in Geography would be advantageous but not essential.
