Year 10 student crowned Peterborough Series Champion for the second time this year!

We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievement of Year 10 student Harlee Hooker, who has once again proven his talent and determination in the world of kickboxing. Competing in the second Peterborough Kickboxing Championship Series of the year, Harlee was crowned Series Champion for the second time in 2025!

Harlee delivered a phenomenal performance, securing double gold in both the Points and Continuous categories. Demonstrating not only skill but also courage, he entered the Points Open Weight division, where he faced off against heavier opponents. Harlee won two impressive bouts to reach the final, narrowly missing out on the top prize by just one point.

Beyond his personal success, Harlee showed great sportsmanship and leadership by helping his teammates warm up, practice, and stay focused throughout the day. His sister, Keris, also played a key role in the event, volunteering as a referee for the entire day and thoroughly enjoying the experience.

This is a fantastic example of dedication, teamwork, and resilience. We are incredibly proud of Harlee and Keris for representing our school with such excellence and enthusiasm.
