Students in Year 12 taking Art, Photography and Design Technology visited the Degree Show at Northampton University where subjects showcased included Fashion, Textiles, Footwear and Product Design, Interior Architecture and Spatial Design, Graphic Communication Design, Illustration, Fine Art, Games Art and Photography.

Students also had a private tour of the design technology and screen printing workshops as well as the photography studio.

Head of DT Jenny Strydom said, ‘It was a great day out and the facilities and equipment available for students to use was amazing. I hope this trip has inspired our year 12 Art and DT students to continue to pursue their creative, art and design interests in higher education.’
