We value your feedback and are committed to working in partnership with our community. If you have any concerns or suggestions, we encourage you to share them with us so we can respond and continue to improve.

If your concern relates to one of our schools, it should be raised with the Principal of the relevant academy in the first instance, in line with our Complaints Policy.

To help us respond promptly, please submit your concern in writing (by email or letter), including the following details:

• Your name
• A clear summary of your concern
• Any relevant names, dates, or details (particularly if you’ve already discussed the matter with a member of staff)
• A contact number and a convenient time for us to get in touch

Whistleblowing

Employees who wish to raise a concern about working practices or any other matter of concern within the Academy or Trust under the whistleblowing procedure, please contact the BWT Whistleblowing Officer, James Down.
