At Brooke Weston Academy, we use Arbor, a secure and user-friendly website and app, that brings together everything parents and students need in one place.
Arbor is our new Management Information System (MIS) and parent communication platform. It brings together important information about your child, including attendance, timetables, school communications and key updates, all in one place. Arbor is designed to make it easier for parents and carers to stay informed and engaged with their child's education while helping the school improve communication and streamline processes.
On the right hand panel, you will find a handy user-guide, and below, is a short how-to guide on how to update your details / your child's details within Edulink, as well as how to report absences and links to our parental consents.

Within Arbor, there is a section called Consents where you will find checkboxes to indicate your agreement with various school policies and permissions. We have linked the policies relating to the consents below.
Please ensure to read these and confirm your consent by ticking the relevant boxes. This ensures we have your formal approval for activities and procedures involving your child.
Please note, by giving photograph consent, you allow the school to use photographs/videos of your child taken during school activities for promotional and informational purposes. These images may appear on our website, social media platforms, brochures, and other school-related media.
